Shipping Policy
Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States and Europe.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours (Monday through Friday).
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 days.
Processing time: 2–3 days.
Shipping fee: $4.99.
The order cutoff time on business days is 3:00 PM.
The shipping fee for all bags is $4.99 (applicable to the US, Russia, Japan, and Canada).
For the entire order, a single shipping fee based on the highest applicable rate will be charged.
While we strive to meet the shipping and delivery dates mentioned above, we are not liable for any shipping delays.
Order Changes
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return an item, please initiate the return process after receiving it.
Items Not Received
If you have successfully placed an order and the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, please contact the carrier to inquire about the package's whereabouts (we have no control over the shipping process once the item is handed over to the carrier). If the issue remains unresolved, please email support@ankersolix.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
